Returns policy
Every pack of cards we send out has been created with love and packaged with care. However, we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. Here is all the information you need incase that happens:

If the cards are damaged on arrival please take a photo and email it to us at hello@playmakessense.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the cards. We will send you a new pack free of charge.

We think our cards are amazing, however if you feel differently about them, please email hello@playmakessense.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the cards to cancel. You do not have to provide a reason for why you want to cancel. Please send the cards back to us (at your expense) in a saleable condition. We will reimburse the cost of the cards within 14 days of receiving them back from you.
This does not affect your legal rights under The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shipping information
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact us by email at hello@playmakessense.co.uk if you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.

We aim to ship all items within 14 days of an order being placed. However, in some circumstances this may take slightly longer. If this is the case all items will be shipped within 30 days of an order being placed.
For UK orders postage and packing is £3.50 for orders up to 0.5kg, £5.00 for orders up to 1kg, £6 for orders up to 2kg and £8.00 for orders up to 10kg. For larger orders please contact us directly to arrange shipping.
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post.
We have currently suspended all international shipping. We hope to resume international shipping soon.
